This is typically a spreadsheet or a tracker on a portal containing the names of the resources, their role in the engagement and all engagement or Client specific access elements that are applicable for that resource, with the right level of autorisation to execute their role.
This tracker contains information about the internal and external request process and status for all access elements (requested, received, tested etc.).
Examples of access elements are:
- Access to networks, switches and firewalls;
- Access to tools like encryption dongles or encryption software;
- Access to systems, Virtual Desktops, stepping stones, software packages, applications, middleware, operating systems, databases and documentation. |
